Client satisfaction is of upmost importance to us and we will be in touch regularly throughout the contract to make sure you are more than happy with the service you are receiving. In addition, we support other independent businesses within our supply chain to assist us in delivering our services, for example window cleaning and carpet cleaning. We will manage these subcontractors when they are on your site.
Not only do we provide all the cleaning materials and equipment, we have a strong environmental ethos and pride ourselves on using 100% natural and organic products sourced from independent UK businesses. Where this is not possible, we will use products to meet the needs of the task at hand – but will strive to source alternatives.
